Nikki Haley Defending Trump’s Decision On Jerusalem

(New York City, NY) — U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley is standing by President Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and to prepare moving the American embassy from Tel Aviv to the Holy City. Speaking to the UN Security Council in New York City, Haley said the President has done the obvious by calling Jerusalem Israel’s capital. Haley told the council the decision does not mean the U.S. is determining final status issues between Israelis and Palestinians, adding that Washington, DC remains committed to achieving peace for both parties.
