(Seguin, TX) — Texas will seek the death penalty against the accused killer of a Texas Tech campus police officer.
Nineteen-year-old Hollis Daniels the Third of Seguin is charged with the capital murder of Officer Floyd East Jr. East was shot and killed in the campus police department on October 9th. A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Daniels on November 1st.
A capital murder charge is punishable by the death penalty or life in prison without the opportunity for parole.
