Jury Convicts Benghazi Attack Leader On Terror Charge

(Washington, DC)  —  The ringleader of the 2012 Benghazi attack is being cleared of murder charges.

A jury did find Ahmed Abu Khattala guilty of lesser terrorism charges.

He’s accused of leading terrorist fighters in the September 2012 attack in Libya that left U.S Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans dead. He now faces decades in prison.
