(Frisco, TX) — Veteran running back Darren McFadden is retiring from the NFL just two days after being released by the Dallas Cowboys. McFadden announced the decision on Twitter Tuesday. He spent the last three seasons with the Cowboys after playing the first seven years of his career with the Oakland Raiders. He led Dallas with one-thousand-89 rushing yards in 2015, however, he had just 25 carries for 85 yards in four games over the last two years combined.
