(Houston, TX) — A Houston couple seen in a video in which they fired shots from a moving car are no longer on the lam.
Twenty-nine-year-old Michael Cuellar and 27-year-old Sierra Tarbutton turned themselves in separately. The two face charges of felony criminal mischief and deadly conduct.
The charges are based on a viral Snapchat video allegedly showing them firing random shots out the window of their car as they drove through a west Houston neighborhood early one morning last week.
Cuellar posted $400,000 bail and had a court appearance late Tuesday afternoon. Tarbutton remains in jail.
