(Sonoma County, CA) — At least ten people are dead in Northern California wildfires. The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office reported at least seven deaths from wildfires in that county. Two others died in Napa County and one other person in Mendocino County. There are more than a dozen fires burning in the area. Governor Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency for eight counties. So far, thousands of acres have burned, along with hundreds of homes and other buildings.
