(San Antonio, TX) — San Antonio gas prices have fallen almost to the level where they were before Hurricane Harvey made landfall. The storm damaged pipelines and closed refineries, creating temporary gas shortages and resulting in price spikes. AAA Texas says the average gas price in San Antonio is two-19, down eight cents in the past week. The average price in San Antonio the week before Harvey was two-12. Industry analysts say the price should be below two-dollars a gallon by the holidays.
