(LUBBOCK) – Power has been restored to all buildings on the Texas Tech University Campus, except for Doak Hall.
Electrical service was restored at Texas Tech around 4:54 this morning. TTU Emergency Maintenance said the outage was caused by a water-filled manhole south of Doak Hall, which is still without power.
The outage occurred at 10:48pm Tuesday night, leaving 39 buildings on campus without electricity.
No delays in Wednesday classes are expected.
