Paxton Sees Into Businesses Held Accountable Of Price Gouging

(Austin, TX)  —  Attorney General Ken Paxton is telling 127 businesses to settle with the state, or face possible legal action. Paxton says the businesses engaged in price gouging during and after Hurricane Harvey. They’re accused of charging three-99 or more for a gallon of gas. Paxton says most of the businesses are in North Texas.
