(Friendswood, TX) — Officials in the flood-damaged communities of Friendswood and Dickinson don’t want Harvey to steal the fun from Halloween. Police suggest trick-or-treaters avoid heavily damaged areas where most residents are still displaced. For a public celebration in a safe place, they recommend Pearland’s 15th annual Trick or Treat Trail, 5:30 to 8 p.m. on October 31st. The event features trick-or-treating, bounce houses, live music, and food. The location is the Pearland Recreation Center and Natatorium on Bailey Road.
