(Crosby, TX) — Two high schoolers in Crosby are off the football team after taking a knee during the National Anthem.
Cedric Ingram-Lewis and Larry McCullough used to play for the private Victory & Praise Christian Academy until last Friday.
The pair told coach Ronnie Mitchem about their plans which Mitchem considered offensive, removing them from the team after they did the protest.
