Hurricane Harvey Debris Removal Progress

(Austin, TX)  —  Governor Greg Abbott is very happy with the work TxDOT is doing removing debris from Harvey.  Abbott says TxDOT is making great progress clearing roads in Corpus Christi, Houston, Beaumont and other regions affected by Harvey.  The governor also says hundreds of TxDOT workers are removing debris, plus inspecting bridges that may have sustained damaged in the storm and subsequent flooding.  Abbott promises the state will keep working on the debris removal project until the job is done.
