(Sioux Falls, SD) — Workers are trying to free two people trapped in a building that collapsed in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Crews are trying to stabilize the old Copper Lounge Building after it crumbled this morning.
KSFY-TV in Sioux Falls said one of the trapped victims is on the phone with her mother, who is at the scene.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue Chief Jim Sideras said crews were removing the debris brick by brick.
