(San Antonio, TX) — The children of murdered San Antonio Police Detective Benjamin Marconi are remembering him as someone who loved others.
Jacy Lewis and Dane Marconi eulogized their father during his funeral inside Community Bible Church.
They also thanked all those who supported them after Benjamin Marconi’s shooting death over a week ago.
Otis McKane is under arrest in connection with the murder.
Marconi was also remembered as a protector and someone who took care of everyone.
About three-thousand people attended the public memorial service, including Governor Greg Abbott and police officers from across the country.
