(Austin, TX) — Former Cleveland Browns and Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel is being sued.
ESPN reports a bar employee in Austin, Texas filed a lawsuit on Monday claiming Manziel punched him in the face and broke his nose.
The man is seeking up to one-million-dollars in damages.
The alleged incident took place on September 6th at a bar where Manziel was attending a private party.
“Johnny Football” is already scheduled to appear in a Dallas court on Thursday for a hearing to have a domestic assault charge against his former girlfriend dismissed.
Manziel also faces a lawsuit in Los Angeles for his alleged role in trashing a rental home in April.
