(Gatlinburg, TN) — Wildfires are raging across parts of Tennessee, forcing thousands of people to evacuate.
Authorities have issued mandatory evacuation orders for the town of Gatlinburg and other nearby communities including sections of Pigeon Forge, where Dollywood is located.
Guest cabins at the theme park are empty as flames creep towards the edge of the property.
Fires in mountains surrounding the town have been aggravated by winds.
At least four people have been hurt and the wildfires have burned more than 100 homes.
