(Bullard, TX) — The FBI is now involved in the search for a missing East Texas ten-year-old.
Kayla Gomez Orozco disappeared last night from a church lobby in Bullard where her mother was at a prayer service.
Agents say the case is being treated as a “missing child,” but are not ruling out kidnapping.
Agents are no longer looking for a red SUV, saying it is not connected to the case.
Gomez Orozco is Hispanic, four-foot, 90 pounds, with waist-length brown hair, and brown eyes.
She was last seen in a black t-shirt, peach skirt, and black shoes.

Cherokee County Sheriff’s deputies say Kayla Gomez was abducted last night from a church in Bullard.
She was at the church for a prayer service.
She’s a ten-year-old Hispanic girl, four-feet-tall, 90 pounds, with long brown hair.
She was last seen in a black Racquet and Jog shirt and a peach skirt.
Deputies have not released any suspect information.
