(Hillsborough, NC) — North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory is calling the firebombing of a local GOP office an attack on democracy.
The Orange County Republican HQ was hit with a Molotov cocktail over the weekend and someone put graffiti on a nearby building that reads “Nazi Republicans get out of town or else.”
McCrory told “Fox News” that he’s directed the State Bureau of Investigation to look into the crime and find who is responsible.
McCrory, a Republican, said he would take this just as seriously if it had been a Democrat Party building.
No one was injured in the attack.
