BEXAR COUNTY, TX- As early voting continues this week, Bexar County is being ordered to take down all polling station signs that say you must have a photo ID to vote.

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund won a temporary injunction against Bexar County late last week over the displaying of the signs.

New signs are going up that say anyone with a valid reason for not having a photo ID can sign an affidavit that will allow them to cast a ballot. You must also show a secondary form of identification like a utility bill.
