Viral Photos Show Man Dragging Child By Hair

(Cleveland, TX) — Police in Cleveland, Texas are investigating after a man was caught on camera at Wal-Mart dragging a little girl by her hair.
The pictures, taken by another shopper, have gone viral after being posted on Facebook.
They show the man pushing a shopping cart full of groceries with one hand and clutching a handful of his five-year-old daughter’s hair with the other, forcing her to bend over as she walks.
The shopper who took the photos, Erika Burch, says she confronted the man but he told her the girl was being disciplined for misbehaving and that she should mind her own business.
Police say they are meeting with the family.
Child Protective Services is also looking into the matter.
