(Forney, TX) A north Texas man says he won’t be filing charges after having a large portion of his ear bitten off during an argument over Mexican food.
The website inForney.com says the fight was outside the Cowboy Chicken restaurant on U.S. Highway 80 in Forney Thursday night.
Local police say the victim was trying to calm a drunken friend who was upset he couldn’t get a free chicken enchilada dinner from the establishment. The two went outside and began fighting. The friend fled the scene after biting off a large part of the victim’s ear.
Forney police consider the case closed since no charges were filed.
