(Undated) Sears Holdings plans to close 64 Kmart stores across the country, including the one here in Lubbock.
According to Business Insider, 64 Kmart stores in 28 states will begin liquidation sales and close by mid-December. Included on the list of closures are 3 stores in Texas: Abilene, Harlingen and Lubbock.
Last week, analysts from Moody’s warned that Kmart doesn’t have enough cash to stay in business.
