(Fort Worth, TX) — State Attorney General Ken Paxton, and other conservatives, are praising the changes to the transgender policy at the Fort Worth Independent School District.
Officials yesterday made minor changes that would bring the parents of transgender children into the process of developing an individual student plan, that includes provisions for bathroom use. The previous guidelines directed school officials not to “out” transgender students to their parents or guardians.
