(Dallas, TX) — Media reports say the man identified as the Baton Rouge shooter was in Dallas shortly after the sniper attacks, about one week ago. A Twitter account linked to the gunman appears to show Gavin Long visiting a barber shop in south Dallas. The Twitter account referred to the videos as body-cam footage of people being “educated” in Dallas. Investigators say Long is the man who killed three police officers in Baton Rouge before being shot and killed by police.
