Another warm, dry, and breezy day is in store. After starting out the day on the cool side, temperatures will warm quickly under mostly sunny skies. Highs will likely be near 90 degrees in Lubbock. Along with the heat, gusty winds will enter the forecast on Tuesday afternoon. Gusts over 30 mph could lead to patchy areas of blowing dust, especially outside of the city.
There is also a slight chance of ‘dry-line’ thunderstorms mainly east of the Cap-rock Escarpment. Lubbock should remain dry, but keep it tuned to our Twitter account @TheRaider881 or the KTXT Weather page for any severe weather updates.
Have a great day,
Cutter Martin
