While Wednesday will not be completely overcast, high clouds will continue to stream across the South Plains through the day. Temperatures will be on the cool side, similar to Tuesday, with highs in the lower to middle 60’s. Winds will be breezy as well, sustained between 15-20mph; gusting to near 30mph through the afternoon. All in all, it won’t be a bad day, but a jacket may be needed with clouds around and a persistent breeze.
