After a warm Sunday, Monday will feature much cooler and breezy conditions behind cold front that will move through Monday morning. The sun will be out in full force as we begin the work week, though highs will struggle to reach 60° on Monday. Winds will be in the 10-20 mph range, out of the north. These winds will likely make it feel chilly outside, especially Monday morning.
Fair conditions will again occur on Tuesday as temperatures begin to warm ahead of an approaching storm system. This area of low pressure will usher in unsettled weather conditions Tuesday night and especially on Wednesday. There is even a threat of strong thunderstorms; mainly across areas east of Lubbock.
