The Amber Alert for a missing two-year-old West Texas girl has been canceled. At approximately 5:50pm Thursday an EAS message notified listeners of area radio stations that the search for Leah Marie Aguirre had ended.
Aguirre went missing January 3rd from her foster home in Crosbyton. Allegedly a man who called himself Miguel appeared at the child’s foster home claiming to be a Child Protective Services case worker. Caretakers said he took the young girl and fled.
